The Blackmagic Web Presenter HD is a compact hardware streaming encoder designed to get a broadcast SDI signal online—reliably and without a PC. Feed the standards-converted 12G-SDI input from a switcher or camera, then go live via Ethernet streaming using RTMP streaming or SRT streaming in H.264. For software workflows, the USB-C webcam output makes the unit appear as a standard webcam, so Zoom, Teams, and OBS see pristine SDI as if it were a USB camera. Operational visibility is excellent: the SDI/HDMI technical monitoring output overlays video preview, meters, codec data-rate graphs, cache status, and ON AIR indicators, so you can trust what’s being delivered.

Engineered for production, Web Presenter HD includes internal 100–240 VAC power plus a 4-pin XLR 12V DC input for battery or redundant power. Closed-caption embedding (CEA-608/708) is supported for compliant live production streams.
