Step 1: Submit the below form with your exemption uploaded (via Tax Exempt Proof attachment)

Step 2: Place your AVE Store order. *NOTE Taxes will be applied to your order.

Step 3: Upon your exemption being approved, the tax portion of your order will be refunded.
